Job Description

Job Summary: This position is responsible for the implementation, scheduling and coordination of all phases of projects associated with integration and commissioning services. This position must achieve project goals in accordance with quality standards, and within the established timeline and budget. 

 Primary Responsibilities include but may not be limited to the following:  

  • Provide oversight during integration on all assigned projects
  • Ensure that site deliverables are completed in a timely manner
  • Schedule and track integrations and testing as needed to meet project timelines
  • Coordinate integration procedures with changing construction timelines
  • Ensure quality meets Company and customer requirements
  • Facilitate training for Integration Technicians as necessary
  • Develop Method of Procedures (MOP) for integration tasks working with the Safety, Quality, and Training Departments
  • Schedule and manage subcontractors and materials delivery
  • Work with scripting teams to ensure scripting and integration align
  • Request tickets from customers as needed for service affecting work
  • Incorporate integration services within the overall RF program to provide a turnkey service within the telecommunication industry        
  • Metrics and reporting
  • Other duties as assigned

 Supervisory Responsibilities

Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

Education:

  • Associates degree and (4) years’ experience in the telecommunications industry; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Certified Management Consultant (CMC), or other management certifications preferred
  • Osha 10 or 30, CPR First Aid, RF awareness preferred

 Experience:

  • Four (4) years’ experience in the cellular field or an Associate’s degree in RF, mechanical, or related technical field
  • Crew lead, Foreman, or supervisory position for a minimum of 1 year
  • Two (2) years’ experience with integration and testing
  • Knowledge of RF basics, integration procedures, and cellular equipment
  • Working knowledge of safety standards and regulations in tower industry

 Technical Skills:

  • Computer and Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Knowledge in RF principles, parameters, and signal flow (including but not limited to; frequency, antenna patterns, power-level, modulation methods, and noise)
  • Operational familiarity with RF test and measurement equipment (including but not limited to; PIM and Anritsu)
  • Good knowledge and understanding of electrical systems
  • Voltmeter and testing equipment understanding
  • Knowledge of basic hand tools and usage
  • Operation of power tools

 Soft Skills:

  • Highly organized and detail orientated
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Time management skills; must be able to meet strict deadlines
  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems

  Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
  • Individuals must have a valid driver’s license and driving record meeting the company policy conditions
  • Must be able to travel to customer sites as needed; 50% travel required
  • Working on a computer for extended periods of time
  • May be required to work long and unpredictable hours and travel as needed
