Job Description

The A&E Implementation Manager (AEIM) is responsible for the direction of all wireless A&E Services within a prescribed geographical area.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate wireless A&E Services utilizing both internal and external resources.
  • Assist Program Management in the review and qualification of potential external resources
  • Manage internal A&E resources in their geographic area of responsibility.
  • Assist Program Management in the pricing of services for RFP’s.
  • Assist Program Management in the negotiation of sub cost pricing with outside resources.
  • Conduct and/or manage initial site walks and prepare the initial design for client review.
  • Direct, coordinate and manage internal drafting assigned to the AEIM’s projects.
  • At the direction of Program Management, the AEIM will prepare drawings utilizing AutoCAD.
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting progress of all A&E services on projects assigned to market.
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; wireless telecom or utility/construction industry experience preferred OR equivalent work experience



  • 5-10 years’ experience in A&E related wireless telecommunications industry preferred
  • 5-10 years’ year experience in construction or field engineering of equipment similar to wireless telecom equipment
  • Minimum of 5 year’ experience with AutoCAD  2014 or higher preferred


Technical Skills:

  • AutoCAD – Advanced
  • MS Word – Advanced
  • MS Excel – Advanced
  • MS Outlook – Advanced
  • MS PowerPoint – Proficient
  • Google Earth – Advanced


Soft Skills:

  • Highly organized and detail orientated
  • Excellent data entry and scheduling skills
  • Time management skills; deadline adherence is mandatory
  • Ability to produce deliverables with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast paced environment.
  • Good reading and math comprehension with attention to details.


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
  • Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
  • Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
  • Travel may be required: 25% of the time.
  • May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
