Job Description

This Director is responsible for the successful and profitable management of clients in accordance with Company and customer performance and quality standards.


Primary Responsibilities:  

  • Initiate projects, including identification and analysis of preliminary needs, budget considerations, time and resource estimates and defining the project scope and objectives
  • Establish direction and structure for the project, clear operating procedures, precise objectives and a logical basis for timeframes and budgets
  • Work with Business Development team in responding to Requests for Proposals (RFP) and attending meetings with customers as Subject Matter Expert in SA and AE areas
  • Establish, monitor, and manage annual and monthly project budgets and forecast reports
  • Manage weekly operations meetings with all markets performing work for client
  • Acts as the primary project level interface to daily customer in regards to general inquiries, issues, and updates
  • Assist in the evaluation and selection of local subcontractors as needed for A&E deliverables in accordance with established procedures
  • Establish and monitor installation schedules and delivery priorities
  • Direct the project team, manage the work effort and track the progress against the project plan
  • Review designs, drawings and project specifications to ensure compliance with customer requirements
  • Complete local estimates and tender submittal packages
  • All other duties are required


Supervisory Job Duties:

  • Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the Company’s objectives, policies, and applicable laws.  Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: planning, assigning, and directing work, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing employee concerns, and partnering with HR to resolve escalated employee matters. 

Job Requirements


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent from a four-year college or university plus minimum 10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience



  • Minimum of 10 years of wireless telecommunications development services project management experience
  • PMP or equivalent experience in project management required
  • Thorough beginning to end understanding of the development cycle and critical path management
  • Direct knowledge and experience in select domain expertise (RF, Site Acquisition, Zoning, Construction, A&E, regulatory compliance)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage customer expectations and drive customer satisfaction
  • Proven track record in setting up and implementing wireless telecom turnkey projects
  • Strong in the negotiation of leases within the wireless telecommunications industry


Technical Skills:

  • Must be able to comprehend legal documents such as, but not limited to, legal descriptions, surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, title policies and CAD drawings
  • Ability to provide quality audits for project and site specific documentation
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management skills; must be able to meet deadlines
  • Detail oriented and ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
  • Interpersonal skills necessary to develop and maintain effective and appropriate working relationships with customers, co-workers, and representatives of other agencies
  • Strong understanding of Selling, General and Administrative Expenses (SG&A), Profit and Loss Statement (P&L)


Physical Requirements:

  • May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
  • Must possess valid driver’s license
  • Travel up to 80% of the time, including short notice travel. Travel may include local site travel or national travel depending on training needs
  • Sitting at a desk for 6-8 hours a day
  • Working on a computer for 6-8 hours a day
