Job Description

Job Summary: This position is responsible for supporting project needs through the oversight of all processes and procedures, client relations, scheduling, deliverables, and quality wireless site development which meets customer and Company expectations.


Primary Responsibilities:       

  • Provide strategic input, oversight, and validation of successful completion of scoped leasing and/or permitting activities with site landlords and jurisdictions; this includes all associated engineering services
  • Perform quality and compliance check for all outgoing leasing and permitting deliverables to ensure continuity in submissions
  • Manage and release site acquisition projects to the Finance Department; ensure accuracy by assigning appropriate driver(s) and costs to each project at inception
  • Oversee the document management and client deliverable process and ensure clean reporting
  • Attend all internal and client weekly project status meetings and/or calls for the team as applicable
  • Collaborate with management on updates and enhancements of our current database to encourage team use and efficiencies
  • Review and approve jurisdictional check requests, vendor PORs, and client approval as necessary
  • Ensure that all associated costs on site acquisition projects are managed and reconciled with team members
  • Review outside vendor requests for invoicing approval
  • Execute project closure and cost true up on individual projects based on forecasting
  • Partner with the Finance and Accounting Departments to ensure proper and timely payment to vendors
  • Other duties as assigned


Supervisory Job Duties:

Carries out supervisory duties in accordance with the Company’s objectives, policies, and applicable laws.  Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: planning, assigning, and directing work, interviewing, hiring, training, evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing employee concerns, and partnering with Human Resources to resolve escalated employee matters

Job Requirements



  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or similar field
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus



  • Three to five years of experience in site acquisition, leasing, and zoning
  • Four years of project management experience on large wireless telecommunications deployment
  • Proven experience in the negotiation of leases within the wireless telecommunications industry            


Technical Skills:

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints with comprehension of legal documents such as, but not limited to, legal descriptions, surveys, ground leases, easements, deeds, land purchase contracts, mortgages, title policies, and CAD drawings
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and interface with large multi-functional project teams
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office including Excel and PowerPoint

  • Highly organized and detail orientated
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Superior time management skills; must be able to meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to think analytically, apply sound judgement, and solve problems


Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass pre-employment screening that includes background and drug testing
  • May be required to work long and unpredictable hours
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a driving record that meets Company requirements
  • Travel up to 10% of the time, including short notice travel. Travel may include local site travel or national travel depending on training needs.
